What patients say on Google

“After years of trying to find the right psychiatrist, I can honestly say Dr. Tonyan has changed my life. He helped pull me out of one of the darkest moments I’ve ever experienced, and for the first time in a very long time, I finally feel understood, supported, and hopeful again. Dr. Tonyan is incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding. I have never once felt judged during any appointment. He truly listens and takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for, which is something that means so much when you’re struggling. As a single mom, my mental health affects every part of my life and home, and thanks to his care, my home life has improved tremendously. My mind finally feels calm and balanced in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. I feel more like myself — or maybe even the version of myself I’ve been trying to get back to for years. The entire office staff is also amazing. Everyone is communicative, kind, and welcoming, and they make the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. I could never thank this office enough for everything they’ve done for me. I am beyond grateful that I finally found them.”

“If I could give 0 stars that is what I would do. I’ve not had an issue with the provider I saw themselves. However this practice is terrible. It takes a minimum of 1-1.5 weeks and 3-6 phone calls to get any refills. After several months of being here and them requesting monthly appointments (that refills still not sent without the wait and phone calls) the first time I’m told I can come every 3 months, after a week of waiting for my prescription to be sent, I’m told I can either pay $90 for them to send my prescription or they can have me schedule an appointment and bill my insurance. This is fraud and not part of practice. Stay away from here. I have also filled a complaint with BBB as well as my insurance as this is fraudulent billing/charging.”

“I do not recommend this psychiatrist’s services. They were 20 minutes late to my appointment and charged me the day before services were rendered. They also required an EKG before prescribing a stimulant. I provided the EKG the same day, but it has now been four days with no update. When I followed up, I was told the office is too busy and behind. The customer service has been unprofessional, and the lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a mental health practice. Patients who have already paid should not be left waiting without clear updates. I had a poor experience and do not recommend this office.”

“I am a current patient for both their psychiatrist and their therapist. Overall I can't rave enough about how wonderful it was to find this office. They each take the time to discuss and listen. The psychiatrist (Fumni) did not push medication I wasn't comfortable taking and even gave me options to figure out what would work for me. My therapist (Prishna) makes me feel heard, which is something I really needed at the time. I am grateful to have found them. Overall my total experience has been amazing this includes the office (billing and appointment scheduling) assistant and front desk. If you want somewhere that makes you feel comfortable and you are beinghelped by people that care, then this is the place.”
