“I have been seeing Lynn for years now. I have not one bad thing to say about anyone at this practice. Most of the reviews say the front desk is an issue & cannot get through.. I can’t say I have ever had that problem. I’ve known Janet at the front desk since I started going there, and she is phenomenal. There’s never been a time that she hasn’t emailed me back, or that someone else called me back within 24 hours. There’s never been a late refill sent. I’ve never felt any type of judgment or discomfort. Lynn is 100% a 10/10, 5 star psychiatrist. I’ve suffered with depression, anxiety & adhd my entire life. Sometimes more major depressive episodes due to my physical health. I can honestly & confidently say I would not be in great mental health if it wasn’t for every single person at this practice. It’s very seldom when doctors give extra reassurance. When I was finally becoming stable I was nervous of the length of time in between appointments. Lynn always gave that extra reassurance at the end of each appointment, if you need to come in sooner just give us a call. Without every single person at this practice I don’t believe I would be as mentally stable as I am. I’m very thankful for everyone at this practice!”

“I see Morgan and she is GREAT. Self pay rate is very reasonable. Beautiful office. My only concerns have always been with the front desk staff. They are impossible to get ahold of but would usually give you a call back. Now even if you call 10+ times a day multiple days and leave a voicemail you never get a call , email, or text back. I’m not sure if the front desk lady is new, but I finally got her to answer and it took me forever to reschedule my appointment simply because she could never remember what I said. I repeated birthday multiple times, the original day that I’m scheduled multiple times, the day I’d like to be scheduled for (months out) multiple times, as well as the time i was trying to get. Yet she still kept getting the date, time, or provider wrong. Once i corrected her 5x i was finally rescheduled to the correct date and time with Morgan. Not a big deal, just makes it very frustrating to deal with.”

“-- "Take your skittles. Eat your speed." (Actual Quote- "What does Trazadone do?" -- "I don't know what it does. I learned about it when I was in school a while back. I just know I can prescribe it.") *The farcical Skittles quote is not a farce but the theme of the office. -- The icing on the cake is you feel like your on a Terry Gillian set the whole time your there not because of the medication but the atmosphere.”

“This place is amazing!!!! I have searched for a place that can help me and I found Lynn’s office and It has been a saving grace for me. The entire team from the front desk to the therapist (Amber Rardin ) are all wonderful. They are kind courteous and take the time to listen and help you. I have reccomended many friends here. If you are looking for a place I encourage you to give them a try you will not regret it. Thank you Lynn and team for all you do.”
