“I made an appointment for my children at this office. The appointment went well. What did not was the $300+ facility fee after insurance that I was charged for each child’s consult. My insurance is very good, but this charged was tacked on by Lurie’s without notifying me of it ahead of time. I don’t have an extra $700 for 2 brief appointments where we sat in a chair-no equipment utilized. If Lurie’s can’t afford to rent space from Silver Cross, then they really shouldn’t do it and try to pass off the expense on clients.”
