“After being with lunajoy for about 2-3 years I might just leave them after this incident. They just cancelled two of my upcoming appointments because they “needed a card on file”. They’ve had the same card on file for years now and always charged it automatically after my appointments, so I’m not sure why they need another one? Not only did they tell me to call them to reschedule but they then sent me to voicemail when I did. It’s very frustrating having to deal with billing and scheduling appointments considering it all has to be done over texts or the phone. What if I had a relative die or I had just lost my job? You’re really going to cancel my mental health appointments because I didn’t give you a new card on file when you’ve had one this entire time and have never had a billing issue with a patient?”
