What patients say on Google
“I have been a patient since 2022, had ZERO issues with Emerald, they were wonderful but since the new owners have taken over, there has been nothing but drama and losing employees. I have tried to resolve it with Nathan (he is the Supervisor over the call center), to no avail and he completely blamed his co-workers and told me I signed a contract but has yet to provide me with a copy. I also emailed the new owner to only not receive a response with him as well. I understand the Company has lost several patients and staff. Sad to be in business to "help mental health" but cause more harm than good. They told me I could not continue as a patient as I had a Monday appointment and woke up with a fever, and called to do telehealth or reschedule.... I was told that is considered a no call no show and was dismissed as a patient with no regards for my treatment plan and no referral. I was trying to honor the sign stating if you have had a fever or been sick in the past 24 hours please don't enter the office. So very disappointed in this agency that advertises so much to "help" the community of mental health to completely disregard that mission.”
“Im currently in their IOP program and from my experience from the amazing client liaison Susan and all the way from Randy,Ned, and Terry as wonderful counselors and peer supports. They have given me a huge list of tools for coping skills and just listening when I have any issues or questions.”
“IOP has helped set me straight! IOP helped me learn time management skills and is a good community. Ned and Catrina and Susan are wonderful staff members and helped guide me through this whole process.”
“Catr,I'm really enjoying the classina, Is my untangling relationships counselor,& does a wonderful job. I'm getting so much out of her class. It's really opened my eyes on my.part in each relationship,I have. Building Strong relationships will help keep me sober,& half a better life.”
