Happy to reassure me I was doing the best for me and I can say they were there and I am pleases with my experience with lukas behavioral health and that have my recommendation all the way now if u aren't seriously interested in changing dont waste people's time who can really make change with caring docs and staff keep up the good work and thank you”

“The practitioner has been over 20 minutes late to appointments on three occasions, with no warning from the office. The last time I asked to reschedule and was told there would be a fee to do so. They called back and offered to waive the fee, but the only openings were a month out. This practice is so frustrating to work with that even the best doctor wouldn't be worth it. They change their policies frequently and it's very difficult to get someone on the phone unless they call you. The responses from the clinic to other reviews indicate to me that whoever sets the policies is fine with inconveniencing patients unless they make their grievances public. It's a shame because this area needs providers. Update: They didn't bill me for months, even when I asked. Now that I'm not coming back, they've sent me multiple bills I can't open through their app that hasn't worked since they started using it. One of the bills dates back to a session from 6 months ago, per the description in the email notification. I'll check with my insurance, but I'm not certain that falls under the definition of timely billing.”

“Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm not a person to typically leave negative reviews but this is the 2nd time I've gone without my medication due to not being able to get in touch with them for refills. They don't return calls. They don't care, and they don't ever prescribe you enough to get through to your next appointment. They are rude. I've been so sick and it's been 7 days without them now. I even left notes on the app they use to send to my provider directly. No response. I see Kelly Neff, however I am getting a new doctor. Honestly if you WANT to live or get actual help, DON'T GO HERE. They don't care if you unalive yourself, or if you are withdrawing from your meds.”

“The reason for a one rating does not have anything to do with Myranda and Regina. It has everything to do with how you run and manage a practice. You opened too many locations too fast. Also, the Hagerstown clients never received a letter stating that you would be closing the Hagerstown location and how to obtain their records.”
