What patients say on Google

“Let me first just say only four stars because my initial interaction walking through the door was with a rude attitude from a receptionist at the front desk. However, I’m the kind of person that matches bad energy with more bad energy. She was rude to me, so I decided to give her the same attitude right back. I think she picked up on it and she immediately changed her attitude and became a little more tolerable. Moving forward, I met with Kevin for my session. I found him to be very compassionate understanding and he had the kindest eyes I’ve ever seen. He listened carefully and I could tell he was thinking things through before he responded. He was jotting things down on a notebook and trying to figure out what medications would be the best for me. I really appreciate that he listened to me. I was having an extremely bad day prior to my meeting with him not to mention, I am severely depressed, and one hour with him brightened my day so much. I look forward to seeing him again in a month.UPDATE: I really liked Kevin and Felt comfortable with him and thought that he truly cared about the issues that I am having. But I see now it’s all about money . I had a Virtual appointment scheduled with Kevin I was called beforehand to get the Dollar copayment I was in my car at the moment and traveled into a no service zone as Kevin was late for the appointment… I don’t think that I should be held responsible for him being very late for the appointment and when I tried to reschedule, I was told that I have to pay $150 for a no-show. This is unacceptable. Shame on that entire place ,shame on Kevin that they would use People’s mental illnesses to profit upon knowing that a lot of us cannot keep appointments because of our mental illnesses. However, that was not my case, and I feel very sad that I was taking advantage of.”

“Lisa was not my psychiatrist but the treatment of my fiancé is absolutely unacceptable. They allow people to physically abuse and won’t do anything about it. We were told it is a family matter, and that she needs a therapist which Lisa “isn’t” although my fiancé would talk for hours about her abusive ex. We were told Telehealth would be fine even though we left the abuse and are in another state far away. She baker acted my fiancé twice during psychosis but “can’t do anything” about the suicidal person who attacked my fiancé and was screaming how she wants to kill herself. Also to add my fiancés father committed suicide in April of 2025 (this year). Lisa now says she “cannot” have a conversation with my fiancé when she gave her her personal number years ago and said to call anytime even in the middle of the night. And now silence……. If you want your mental health to be worse I’d recommend Lisa Harris”

“What can you say about the complete incompetence of Lucidity? Then again after looking up the satisfaction rating, it all made perfect sense, especially for a Panama City location. The front desk takes messages and nobody returns phone calls, and then tells you how important you are to them… However, if I was important, I believe the message(s) would have been returned… This is simply par for the course when dealing with a Panama City business, and attempting to receive quality. This establishment should be avoided at all expense, it appears to only be about that mighty dollar, instead of providing legitimate, and quality services.”

“I've had two appointments with Lisa Harris, and she is awesome! I think many people fear that psychiatrists express a patronizing attitude towards their patients, but Dr. Harris is a very kind, honest and "real" person. She treated me as an equal, which made me very comfortable. She also recognized that I had an allergy to a medication prescribed by my GP (who failed to recognize my symptoms and almost doubled my dose). I've had a great experience here and highly recommend!”
