What patients say on Google

“Absolutely horrible experience with trying to get a medication emergency urgent problem helped through management even. I was told they lost my notes, I didn’t see the psychiatrist when I did, have nothing prescribed to help me and I saw her weeks ago. Got told I would get a phone call today from her when she isn’t even there I get told after calling waiting for hours for a phone call. Thanks for following through with your promise on that. Very discouraging and don’t feel confident this place is going to help and isn’t very comforting at all. I just went through domestic violence abuse and very stressful things and shouldn’t have to fight for help or support I feel like and to get them to follow up and follow through with things. My anxiety and depression has gotten way worse through this experience and now I don’t know what to do at this point.”

“The medication policy has changed multiple times since I’ve been a patient here and it still is not working properly. We’re supposed to call when we’re 3-5 days out from being out of our meds. Every time I’ve done this, I get an appointment that’s well after that 3-5 day window and have to get a bridge prescription, which is stressful, because I’m almost out of my meds and I have to rely on my psych seeing an email before the week is up to get controlled substances filled. Please, if you’re making a change, stick to it. If not, do it the old way considering you already are. Unreal that a place serving the neediest members of society plays so fast and loose with their medication services. This is many Medicaid patients’ only option. This system has literally never worked since it was instituted; I always wind up needing a bridge until my appointment. Fix it for the sake of less patient people than myself with less options.”

“Poorly ran. Negligent. They refuse to refill prescriptions without an appointment. They also will schedule appointments 3 months apart. Then refuse to refill medicine. There is never a sense of urgency when you need help or a refill. The doctors are all constantly leaving. Want to get to know your doctor? Be prepared for a new one every 3 to 6 months. If the doctors keep leaving something seems to be wrong. Also its difficult to get a psych appointment. They'll make you wait a month for an appointment. Cancel. Then ask you to wait another month. I had this happen twice in a row. Good luck anyone who stays. We have taken our business elsewhere.”

“Atrocious! It took weeks to finally get a call back. The Director finally called me & stated they never recieved info from the pharmacy. I had paperwork to prove otherwise. He then told me they had many changes. When the Medical Assistant called me back AFTER the Director did & leaving several messages with the office. She told me the phone log doesn't show i called then hung up on me. As I told her I have a phone log too, it shows that I called 8 times in the last week and a half. It took weeks to get a prior authorization for meds. I had the insurance company get involved & file a grievance. This is unacceptable.”
