“I was another victim of Deena Masciocchi's financial scams. No only do they provide unprofessional services - they will charge you for services that were not provided. 1. For 3 months I have been trying to reach the office and Deena by phone, text, and email. No response in regards to charges that were put on my credit card for services that I wasn't even in the state for (I moved to CA out of Bucks County. They kept charging away). I have called the office, Paige (who I think is her mother and though it was amusing that Deena is hard to reach and never remembered who I was or followed up with me for my request to be reimbursed. 2. When I began to receive ketamine therapy at the new location, I was put into the waiting room (and not the single therapy room as they only have one at the new location). I'm not sure why. So there was no therapy chair and the office staff I could hear banging things, eating their lunch, slamming their offfice door, and laughing. I couldn't journey in peace that was how this therapy operates. She also forgets to refill medications whereas I just gave up on her. If you value your health, DO NOT go to Deena or Lower Bucks Wellness. They not only steal your money, but they are very very poor and uncaring providers.”

“Be prepared to have weeks go by before you get a response to an email or any other request. Can’t leave messages because the voicemail is often full. I reached out to the owner and she took no accountability. I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Nursing. Extreme callousness and disregard for client needs. She really doesn’t care.”

“Unfortunately I have to agree with the other recent reviews. I was a patient here for over a year and was happy with my treatment but patient care has declined significantly since the summer when they announced the transition to their new business name. I adored my therapist Sarah, but she moved out of state and is no longer with the practice. If she were, she would have been the only person I’d continued with. Since July 2025 my psychiatrist missed (and charged for) multiple scheduled appointments. Getting in touch with anyone to resolve issues or have medications refilled is impossible. Emails go unanswered for days or weeks, and the phone goes directly to voicemail where you have to leave a message and are lucky if you get a call back. Thankfully I never lapsed with my meds due to the severe lack of communication but reading reviews here it’s clear other patients have. The new admin is either indifferent or incompetent, or is not given the authority to actually resolve patient issues. I spoke with her multiple times to request refunds for the incorrect charges and every time was told she would “let the doctor know,” but no refund was issued. I was also told multiple times that the charges would be applied to my next visit but they were not and I was charged again. The last time I called she laughed when I asked for the refund again, and I ended up just filing chargebacks with my bank because no one was willing to help me. As someone who’s worked in medical admin I’m honestly appalled at the complete lack of concern. I really tried to let things go as one off’s or excusable mistakes, but sadly this practice and their patient care has become so severely mismanaged over the last 6 months that I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone seeking care.”
