How likely are you to recommend Louisville Behavioral Health Systems, PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“They treat mental health patients HORRIBLY. Extremely unkind staff. Melissa the manager NEEDS to be looked into. How can you work with mental health patients and speak to them this way? Somebody please look into her working with these helpless people while she refuses to help and condescends the mental health patient. I'm very concerned for anyone who becomes a patient here. Especially when they put you on medication and will leave you to fend for yourself afterwards. After 9 years i am finally done with this place.”
“The front office staff are rude and their tone is absolute garbage. They should not be working in a mental health care facility if they feel the need to be nasty. I asked for the name of the lady I was speaking to and was hung up on, she knew she was in the wrong. I’ve been going here since 2021 and I promise, “they’re not looking into it” or “making changes”. Nothing has changed. I talk to them as little as possible. If it wasn’t for Dr. Harris and Susan, I would absolutely switch. Those two are the best and that’s why I stay. Do better front desk workers!”
“It’s not often that I feel the need to leave a one star review but I am absolutely fed up with this office and the medical assistants in this office. I submitted a request for a med refill on last Wednesday. Thursday my doctor’s medical assistant called me to tell me she wouldn’t be filling it because my pharmacy already had the prescription. My pharmacy told me they did not. I called the med assistant back and was told that she would call me pharmacy “when she had the time.” Flash forward to today. A week later. I call because there was no update from my pharmacy or from the office. I’ve been out of my medication for four days now. When I called the medical assistant told me that she didn’t know what I was talking about and that we never spoke last week. Even though she left me a voicemail and I called her back within 10 minutes. Every single time I have had an interaction with her she has been hostile, rude, and now has lied to me saying that we never spoke. I will be finding a new doctor’s office to go to because this is ridiculous.”
“If you show up on time expect to wait 30-45 minutes in the waiting area before you’re seen. Also, if you can’t make it because something comes up the same day and you can’t afford to waste 2 hours of your day traveling there and waiting, expect an exorbitant late fee. Maybe all mental health treatment places are like this, but they sure shouldn’t be.”
