How likely are you to recommend Louis Taylor, DO (Child-Adolescent-Adult Psychiatry)?
“I really appreciate everything Dr. Taylor has done for me. I’ve been going to him for awhile now and I think he’s great. He understands me very well. He genuinely wants to help me and get my medication right. I’m doing so much better now. I didn’t know how I felt about meds at first but with seeing how much they’ve done for me I’m shocked how much it’s helped. I like Dr. Taylor because he started me off light and worked up to the right dosage. He’s very informative and helps me understand what everything does and gives me the choice on what I feel comfortable taking and how much. I really trust him and his opinions. Thank you Dr Taylor!”
“Dr. Taylor is pretty dam cool. His genuine passion for stories and what makes us tick as humans is what helps him oscillate between listening with rapt attention and pinging you, with tell me more enthusiasm. Soon you find yourself comfortable and talking about things in a chill kinda mood and it is that relaxed state that helps you get closer to those fears. You get the feeling that you have someone to pull you back from the edge. You have someone by your side. If you are thinking about the cost. Think how much you make a month. I had to talk myself into the idea that a month out of work would be a lot more expensive than a visit to his office. That is how I justified my first visit to myself. Yeah, I have some self worth issues, but I trust Dr. Taylor to be there by my side.”
“When Dr.Stone in Georgetown left on maternity leave, she recommended Dr.Taylor who was in the same building. She was an awesome doctor so I had high hopes for Dr.Taylor, but when I had my first appointment with him, I found him unprofessional, and unorganized, and I left feeling confused. He would also make rude and unnecessary comments about my personality which made me uncomfortable. He was funny which I didn’t mind cause I love funny people, but I found it to be overkill, and irritating. I gave him a couple more chances since his office was in Georgetown and I didn’t have to drive far, but I found myself dreading going every time. I finally decided to go back to my old doctor in Austin, Michelle Hauser who I highly recommend😊”
“Dr Taylor has provided support for me during very difficult times. He is honest and will provide a simple, grounded practice for those in search of one. He strives to be both a good doctor to his patients and a good human in general!”
