“While I enjoyed the service of my providers the administration office was less than enjoyable. It would be wonderful if practices were more compassionate for the procedure of those dealing with disability claims. Responding promptly to a review but not to requests for medical records may be an outlier to your "policies" but it's defintely not a good look. Imagine fighting with your mental health and facing poverty, homelessness and hunger and people worried about fees. Imagine going these struggles without therapy while going through the financial strain of waiting on a determination only to find out you've been waiting because $25 is deemed more important than you as a person. As I said... do not recommend”
