“Worked with her for a while she's very nice, but she completely ignored me concerns. She refuses to take my schizoaffective disorder seriously because I'm smart. I sleep 12 hours a day. I can't pay attention to my wife, to a book, to the TV, or even playing a PC game. I find myself just lost in other rooms. I'm struggling to retain basic memories of what I did. I was a contractor for Microsoft before my psychotic break. I've been out of work for a year now. Sure at first I was looking for high end tech jobs in my field. But I've been trying for minimum wage jobs now. No one wants to hire me because I forget the question that I'm answering in the middle of answering it. I asked Lori if she'd sign this paper for me. 3 different lawfirms told me that I'd never be able to get disability unless my psychiatrist signs off that it might be needed. The first two times she side stepped the question for the appointments. Finally, I sent a request through email, and she just ghosted me. If she's not going to take me seriously, I need her to cancel my appointments so I can find a psychiatrist that does. Admittedly, I was manic and having an anxiety attack. I did freak out in the email. I didn't send any profanity. Just repeated requests to please fill it out. My family is literally already losing our home because I can't get work. Like I told Lori, my positive symptoms are mostly under control. Until I get anxiety. Sure that is only 50% of what I used to experience, but that 50% isn't really manageable. TLDR: Lori ignored me. I had a mental health crisis because she ignored me, and then she had Lifestance give me a perma ban.”
