I first joined them about ESA paperwork but then we focused on my anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. They always listened very closely and made sure to make me feel heard. They are both very respectful and guide you on how I can do exercises myself when I’m having an episode. They helped me through my tough times and my good times. They are a great team! Laura knows her medicines very well. She will ask get a history from you in order to give you the right medicines and dosage to help you. Elizabeth is a great listener and knows how to talk you off a ledge. I definitely recommend seeing either of them for therapy or med management.”
