What patients say on Google

“I’ve been going to therapy at LICC since October 2024 and it has been nothing but incredible. When I started, I was an anxious wreck with OCD and just wanted things to go back to normal. My therapist, Michelle, was extremely kind, patient, and direct, and helped me realize that what I was going through was normal. Although I was initially resistant to her suggestions, her compassion and welcoming attitude slowly eased me into just letting my thoughts tire themselves out, and by March of this year everything changed for the better. Throughout my path here, they have always been punctual and professional. Both the receptionists and my nurse-practitioner have also done a phenomenal job. I am now enjoying my life even more than before my struggle, and it can be owed to everybody at LICC! If you’re looking for mental health support, this is the best place to seek it at! Your life WILL change forever.”

“Horrible Horrible place. They are not to be trusted and will record patients sessions without concent . With out consent they go against HIPPA law. Its unethical and some social workers put fear on patient. They also are reporters whom assume certain situations without navigating a full two or third party event. They pray on emotionally unstable patients, a lot of times causing more stress and anxiety. Please be aware, with some of the workers who also have no children , and have a one sided though of mind. Some talk very slow and studder a lot as if they consume substance and dont have enough life experience to advice some one correct. They are very misleading. Be careful, they will twist ur words.”

“At first, everything was going great. But as time went on communication was horrible. I've called multiple times to handle a situation with my prescribed meds and the lack of consideration was horrible. Two weeks later problem still not resolved called the office AGAIN to let them know this is disappointing and the girl on the phone says so you wanna be dropped as a client. UNREAL. On another note the therapist I had was great MONTANA. Wish she worked somewhere else.”

“This place is terrible the director is not of use and only cares about money . I was a client here and stopped taking services Due to billing. After I tried to retake services, I asked if I can go with the same therapist and the director was very passive aggressive She stated that was not possible. Which doesn’t make sense Because if you have a relationship with the therapist, you have every right to have that Therapist. They wanted me to do the whole intake process everything again with no guarantee of the therapist I had. It’s rude and it does no good use for help for your mental health.”
