“I have been BEGGING to talk to the billing department. I call, the line rings and rings. I called today and was assured the billing department would call me back. Nope. I updated my son's insurance on the portal, and it is still pending. I wrote a message to billing on the portal, they still refuse to call me. Something's gotta give!!!!! See attached photos. I've been trying to clear this up since February. The insurance has been listed as "pending" since February.”

“We have had multiple occasions now where our son has been left without medication for multiple days due to how slow the response time and how poor the communication seems to be. A request for prescription refill was sent on Wednesday from the pharmacy. No response. I called and spoke with a representative on Thursday. Confirmed they have the request from pharmacy. Explained my son will be out of his medication before the weekend is done, we need this filled before EOD Friday. An appointment with his Dr is scheduled for next week. They said they made a note for Dr. No communication. Called on Friday afternoon. New representative. Saw prescription request and note regarding urgency and a 7 year old being without his medication. They apologized and made another note and “urgent” request. No further communication. Prescription was never sent. This has happened more than once. With more than enough time in advance and MULTIPLE attempts at communication explicitly saying a child will be without their medication. There appears to be zero sense of urgency and a terrible lack of communication. If you have family member that has medication they need to be able to rely on, this might be a bad choice. If it’s whatever, that seems to be their vibe. Very disappointing and concerning. Creating needless difficulty and stress for a child with no reason other than general lack of accountability and communication.”
