“I cannot say enough about how grateful our family is for Crystal Thomas, APRN, and the care she showed my dad. She agreed to see him when he needed to be evaluated, took the time to listen to his symptoms, and thoroughly assessed him instead of simply dismissing what he was experiencing. After evaluating him, she immediately recognized that something more serious could be going on and sent him for a STAT MRI. That decision ultimately caught what a previous hospital visit had missed, the MRI confirmed that my dad had suffered a stroke. We are incredibly thankful that she trusted her instincts, took his symptoms seriously, and acted quickly. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in getting my dad the answers and care he needed. Sometimes the right provider at the right moment can make all the difference, and we truly believe she did that for our family. We will forever be grateful for the compassion, thoroughness, and urgency she showed my dad when it mattered most. ❤️”

“I wanted to highlight two things. Sunny, She is an absolute gem. I was scared to get my Depo shot and my hip because someone else hurt me. I promise you one thing, She does not play games about that. And she will not hurt you. She is so gentle and deserves all the praise!! And her supervisor, Mrs Becky. She is also super kind and very meticulous about her workers and how they treat others. She was thrilled to hear that someone was treating someone well but also I highly believe that she’s heard that a lot! When I go into London Womens Care, I feel as if I’m in such a safe space. And I mean a super safe space! I am thankful for all of the women who work inside of the building, From the front desk all the way up to the doctors. They are a true team. And they actually do care about you!! Prime example, one day my car couldn’t make it, They rescheduled me with no problem. They didn’t threaten me like other drs have. These are the girls girls, and also the guys girls of the century. But you better not be stealing my appointments lol 😂 Just kidding. If anyone wants someone to give a crap about them, Come here. They will listen to you and they will see you when they will hear you.”

“I am so grateful that this dental office excepts my SSI/diability insurance. Most dentists do not. Dr. Messar is the best dentist that has ever worked on my teeth. Her dental assistant Kirsten is amazing. Office staff were very professional and go out of there way to get you scheduled.”
