How likely are you to recommend LivingRite Mental Health Services?
“I’ve used Livingrite’s services for a while now. While I enjoy working with my Doctor, like so many other practices, it seems the office is an altogether different story. This review is specifically about the office’s inability to order medication correctly. In the last six months the wrong medication has been ordered at least three times. This is despite verbally specific instructions for both the brand and medication name when talking with their office. I’ve spoken with my Doctor and multiple support personnel about this, each time, but yet again it continues to be an issue. I’m writing a review now due to the pattern developing and the office not answering calls to get it sorted at 3pm on a weekday. While it’s frustrating and an annoyance for myself, this problem could result in serious harm for other patients with different medication needs.”
“Dr. Erica is a gem and her business team is awesome! I highly recommend them!”
