“I started looking for a therapist in mid-2024ish. i'd heard about LIV from a few friends who were already clients there. i'd had poor luck with previous therapists, who each had an individual practice, and figured i'd try a company employing numerous therapists at one location. after reading their bios on their website, i thought there were a couple names i could potentially hit it off with, so i called the office. the scheduling team was great, very responsive. there was a bit of a wait time for new clients, i think i waited a few months to hear back that they could fit me in. but once they did, the onboarding/paperwork/etc. was smooth. i'm there every 6 weeks or so. the reception/scheduling staff are great and i really like working with my therapist. no complaints whatsoever!”
