“I mailed in paperwork for appointment weeks before appointment. The office called the day before the appointment and didn't leave a voicmail. I checked-in my appointment on the app days prior. When I arrived at appointment(on time) from and hour away they said they couldn't see me because I didn't arrive on time because they did have my paperwork and they tried to call and tell me to arrive earlier if I was bringing my paperwork. Now the next appointment is 2 months away. I feel as though a message should have been sent in the app or a call more than a few hours before end of business day so I could have called back. This is why people don't seek mental Healthcare, patients are treated as an inconvenience and burden.”
