How likely are you to recommend Lioness Healing and Wellness?
“I cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the care she provides. She has supported me through one of the most difficult seasons of my life with such steadiness, compassion, wisdom, and genuine commitment. I have always felt deeply seen, heard, and supported in her care. What makes Kayla so special is that she offers much more than traditional psychotherapy. Yes, she provides thoughtful guidance, emotional support, and a safe space to process, but her approach is also deeply holistic. She brings in valuable insight around nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, hormone health, and the mind-body connection in a way that feels practical, grounded, and truly healing. Kayla is incredibly intuitive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She meets you exactly where you are while also helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can move forward with clarify and self-assurance . I am so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is both clinically skilled and genuinely invested in whole-person healing.”
“Kayla is absolutely amazing. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. She never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to answer my questions and talk through things with me. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to help, not just get you in and out of the office. It’s so rare to find a provider who is this compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to. I’m incredibly thankful I found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will truly listen and care.”
“Charged a $100 no show fee because their automated system refused to cancel my appointment. Find another firm with actual integrity Edit: Spoke with the manager who confirmed their automated system sends out notifications 47 hours before the appointment so as to not allow changes before their “48 hour grace period” To quote: “ Unfortunately, with the 9am appointment, the message does go out at 10am… In the future, I recommend reaching out to us via Spruce or giving us a call if you have any changes that need to happen with your appointment” Do you really want these dishonest people in charge of your mental health?”
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Potter for over three years based on a recommendation from a former colleague. I cried during our first session; after years of seeking answers I finally felt witnessed. Since then, she’s gone above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Potter not only listens, she follows up with recommendations while offering adjustments as needed. Her professional guidance has helped me improve my overall quality of life. I’ve seen many specialists during the often befuddling transition into midlife. No other provider has treated me with the level of compassion that Dr. Potter continues to show. I highly recommend her as a provider.”
