“Lindsey Hightower previously worked at Midsouth professional counseling. In 2021 she started counseling my daughter without my knowledge or consent. My daughter was there about having difficulty transferring from house to house but never once contacted me while in her care. Once I figured out, she was in counseling I reached out to Hightower. She refused to disclose any information to me. Fast-forward just five months later. March 2022. I got served with papers the week I brought my newborn son home from the hospital. In the court documents was a letter from Hightower, stating allegations of physical mental and emotional abuse. Hightower never one reached out to me about these allegations. There were no notes in my daughter’s file that suggested abuse. And she never reported any abuse to child services. She simply wrote a letter saying damming statements. In 2023 my court case was dismissed. Hightower was fired from mid South professional counseling for her horrendous conduct. I cannot stress you enough how much this woman ruined my life. Not only my life but the life of my daughter and my son. Without her writing this false letter, my daughter’s father would have never been able to take a custody of her. My daughter never got to meet her brother as a newborn. I missed a year without my daughter. Please be careful when you place your child in this monsters hands.”
