What patients say on Google

“The secretary and office staff were great. I brought my son to see Dr. Griffin and had a bad experience. Although he was chatty and friendly at first, he often spoke in a condescending manner. All of his recommendations felt very his way or the highway with no middle ground. I didn't like how he approached or spoke to my young son (5 y/o) either. He might be better for teens or older children.”
Erin Fitzgerald
“I saw james meyer and didn't have a great experience. He diagnosed with body dismorphia and somehow made me feel worse about myself. He told me " your no brad Pitt or model". Would not recommend. Look for therapy elsewhere.”
Christian Reif
“I never write bad reviews but for this I have to. The patient neglect is unreal. I saw Dr. Marina and then I saw Dr. Wagner. Dr. Marina was “too busy” to answer a question on a Friday afternoon regarding a side effect to a medication she prescribed so she referred me on and I saw Dr. Wagner. Dr. Wagner is very straight to the point, this is what you have, this is what you need to do type of person. That all was fine. The worst thing is calling him for a medication refill and waiting a week and still not getting the refill on multiple occasions. It was always blamed on the pharmacy. The pharmacy doesn’t have issues with any other doctor and these medications I took were ones that caused me to experience withdrawal symptoms because I lapsed. I ended up calling him and “firing” him and that day, my medications were called in. I would recommend you stay away from this practice. The front desk was amazing. Very kind and hard working but the doctors all suck. Take your care elsewhere.”
Seth Graham
“Terrible experience. I never received a call for my first phone appointment, so I called the office and was told I never filled out the required forms, but they didn't send them ahead of time. Then I learned my appointed doctor didn't even take patients outside of NY, despite me clearly mentioning I was not based in NY when booking the appointment. The whole experience was very disheartening, and it could have all been solved if the staff properly communicated and did their due diligence. It would hav been nice if they showed a little compassion too. I urge anyone in need of therapy to look somewhere else where they actually care.”
