“The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. I felt like I was on an assembly line . All I did was ask about a Glp1s and she immediately wrote up a prescription for ozempic which is the absolute worst Glp1s out there. I wasn't done talking when she hurried out. I asked her nurse to please send in the prescription for metformin which Linda recommended I take. She said she would see to it. Here it is Tuesday and my appointment was Friday and CVS still does not have my prescription. I called Monday and I called today and its8:00 pm and still no prescription. And that is a 1 star translated as a negative 1 star.”

“Dr Linda Chermak is the absolute best Dr ever! Hands down. When you come to see her you never feel rushed, she always listens, she wants a proactive approach to get in front of any issues and not just see her after an issue. I have been coming to her for years and I will always stay with her.”

“Best doctor ever! One of her medical assistants got my insulin dosage and refill corrected with the U of M immediately after I called the office. My prescription was wrote incorrect and I could not get refill. One call by their office! I was one phone for 2 days and got no where except a 405 glucose reading. Bless the team!”

“Dr. Chermak seemed to be a pretty good doctor but her lack of care for my mother calls into question, her standard of care for the elderly. She and her office staff turned away my 89 year old mother from a visit because we were late 14 minutes for her appointment. My mother was weak and got confused as to where the doctor’s office was. We went to the building next door. By accident. I called to tell the office we were running late but even though there were at least 3 receptionists there, no one answered the phone, so we left a message. The office staff, when we arrived were all on their phones and chatting about local events. I see why they didn’t answer their phone. On July 4, we sent paperwork for Dr. Chermak’s office to sign, requesting hand rails on my mothers apartment floor so she and others could hold onto if needed- as under the Americans Disability Act, require reasonable accommodations for people who are considered disabled. My mother is disabled however Dr. Chermak made my mom set up an appointment to go over the paperwork. It was not until today, 8-20-2024 that Dr. Chermak signed it. I find this office standard of care as low as the office staffs professionalism.”
