“I asked specifically to book an appointment with the NP via phone n text. Twice! They proceed to ignore my requests. Ask more questions n completely wasted my time. Do not know how this place expects to stay in business when they won’t book me an appointment with the person I requested, but tell me the NP is available. SMH. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!n all I tried to do was book an appointment with the NP, that WAS available…..”
