“Unprofessional and lack of communication for weeks. I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to schedule therapy services with this office. It's been a few weeks that I've been trying to make an appointment but the process has been unnecessarily frustrating. Although I provided my updated phone number, the office has continued calling my old number, resulting in weeks for unnecessary phone tag. I continued to call multiple times to resolve this issue , the staff member hung up the phone on me and ignored my phone calls afterward. After calling multiple times the office manager Jermaine finally picked up and instead of addressing my concerns he refused to provide the employees name who hung up on me, was dismissive and rushed me off the phone telling me I was being rude. As someone seeking mental health services I was expected to be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect. Instead I experienced poor communication, unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability. After reading other reviews I was disappointed to see that many people have reported similar issues with Jermaine and the lack of communication. I hope this office takes these concerns seriously and improves the communication and customer service. Accessing mental health care is already difficult enough without having to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.”

“I’ve been to this practice twice (once previously and again in 2026), and unfortunately had similar negative experiences both times. During my first visit, I was assigned a therapist in training. I expressed that I didn’t feel it was the right fit, but my concerns weren’t taken seriously and I was still expected to continue. I gave it a fair chance, but ultimately stopped going because it wasn’t helpful. I decided to return this year hoping for a better experience, but ran into many of the same issues. The therapist I saw asked repetitive intake-style questions each session, and I didn’t feel like I was receiving meaningful guidance or progress. Communication was also a major problem. It was very difficult to get in contact with staff or my therapist. There was even a situation where an appointment was affected by a storm, and I didn’t receive any follow-up until weeks later when I reached out myself. Billing was another concern, as I was charged more than once for visits I had already paid for. Overall, the practice feels disorganized, with limited availability for in-person sessions and a heavy reliance on phone appointments, which may not work for everyone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to someone seeking consistent, reliable, in-person mental health support.”

“Thus far, I'm having a really great experience working with my therapist here. When I initially called for a first time appt, there was some delay in getting it scheduled; the must have been very busy at the time but once they assigned me to a therapist, sessions have gone very smoothly after that. There's barely a wait time and the people that work here are pretty pleasant and polite. The office is also stunning, which adds to the ambiance. I really like it here and highly recommend it to others.”
