“I was told that my copay was due at the time of service. The 2 days I was serviced, they didn’t draft my account so I foolishly believed they would send a bill. I was randomly drafted for the 2 sessions. I called to see why I didn’t get notified or why they did didn’t draft my account, the day of service. I was told that the insurance company told them to charge my card yesterday. Insurance companies don’t do that. I work for one. The therapist was Dawn Mayer and I really liked her! 😕”

“The people at Lighthouse are incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. There was a change in management a year or so ago, and the improvement is noticeable. The therapists are from a variety of backgrounds and each has subtle differences in their approach. It is obvious they care greatly about the needs of their patients. They also offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, which my friend's daughter was able to take advantage of as an out of state college student at Marquette. (She was able to continue her sessions during winter and summer breaks from home.) Lighthouse is a valuable service on the east side where there are not many clinics.”
