“First off change the name to life doesn't work counseling. This place is a sham, the kosciusko county court system recommends this place. That's how you know it's not in good faith. My 2 experiences with the place of revenue were terrible. Basically this place namely Sharon something or another and the receptionist (not the nice cheerful one) in warsaw made false narratives about me in my case. When I requested help or another employee I was told we only have one counselor. I offered to go to a different office since they have other branches. No luck. Long long story short, I got phone records, emails and texts from this place proving their commitment to Life Doesn't Work Counseling. I still haven't seen my son in 3 yrs and the court system will only use this dumpster fire. Any rebuttal will just be considered poor class. Take your bad review. And everyone stay away if you are at all defamed!”

“Very unorganized. Over a month and a half before can get an appt. We had 3 appts online because of covid. Then the therapists knew we werent home when she was speaking to our daughter, never scheduled another appt or told us we had to schedule because she doesnt do that. So then when I emailed her about it she never got back with me. Then when finally got someone she said I had to schedule an appt to talk about it..seriously. 2 months out before could get in. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. The receptionist was always friendly tho. When you called you never knew if was Ft Wayne office or Warsaw also. Was a mess.”

“This place actually defended my (now ex) husbands cheating, and blamed it on me. I was (stupidly) hoping to save the marriage which is why we went. They only made me feel worse about myself at a time when I was already really low! If that's what you're in to then go for it. But if you're looking for real help, DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars I would!!”
