What patients say on Google
“Dont trust them. They get you hooked on suboxone and than when you are contagious and so sick you cant lift your head. They can not even calling in a one day dose of your meds. Ive been wanting off suboxone but they wont listen wont taper me down. So now im sick, tired and detoxing. Thank God I work a program and I know I will survive it. A”
“Absolutely terrible experience while trying to get a loved one help. Chantelle is the absolute rudest person I have professionally been in contact with in any D&A recovery center ever. Please train your staff on how to deal with people in a kind, respectful manner and maybe you would get the same in return. To raise your voice to a family member or client when trying to get someone help from a substance abuse situation is not only unacceptable, it is disgusting in your profession. I will be filing a full grievance and it breaks my heart that because the staff wanted to be rude and brass instead of trying to calm the situation the family member walked out and did not go through the detox program. You are there to save lives, not continue to fuel an upset family member and potential resident. If you can’t handle a family member that is exhausted and HURT from addiction, how are you going to be able to help an addict with their issues that arise? Absolutely just heart broken over the staffs actions and lack of empathy toward a family in PAIN and a potential client finally trying to get help. I also wanted to add, I have left multiple messages both at the front desk before trying to bring my loved one in and for a counselor with ZERO returned calls whatsoever.”
“My wife has been in that place for 3 months trying to find the necessary help, which has not helped her at all, she has changed 2 case workers because the 2 that have worked there have no record, which is why my wife has wasted her time and has suffered emotional damage thanks to the lack of professionalism that they have, my honest opinion about this place if you have any type of problem and you want to seek help, I do not recommend this place, the lack of professionalism that they have is something that I did not think I would see anywhere, my wife went to seek help and what she has received is harm, I hope that one day the city goes to visit with professional agents to do a check-up on all the staff because they have nothing professional! I hope that whoever reads this takes it as advice from a devastated person after seeing his wife seek help and not get it, but harm.”
“The most unprofessional, unorganized organization I've ever encountered. The counselor wouldn't show up for group meetings and only after you texted and tried calling her she would text back and say the meeting was cancelled due to her personal issues. She never reported that husband completed the program to his probation officer and since she is no longer there, the current counselor says there's nothing she can do because she doesn't have his records. You call their administrative offices in Leesburg and they say they will call back but don't. The county needs to pull their contract with them. ***Update: I'm updating my review because I finally got someone from management to check into the situation. That previous counselor has been fired, she left her files a total mess and with very little notes. With the help of texts I had between myself and the counselor, they were finally able to piece together my husband's records and do the discharge that should have been done 6 months ago. They were very apologetic and assured me they are checking into all the other patients files that this counselor had done. I've update my stars from 1 to 3. I can't review on how the new team of counselors are doing. Thankfully my husband's counselor was fired.”
