“i have two wonderful providers that help me manage my medication and therapy, and they are both great people. however, my review isn't for them but for how i'm treated by lifestance in general. i don't have a lot of money, so already paying $20 for a 15 minute appointment sometimes feels like i am not getting much out of my sessions. it's also very difficult to reschedule those sessions as when i tried to call on a friday to reschedule an appointment on monday, the lady answering the phone told me it would be a $75 charge for being past the 48-hour notifcation period (it had not been less than 48 hours when i called). i've never had this issue before, but being stonewalled to rescheduling an appointment by paying more money than what i already pay to see my providers feels very scummy.”

“I’ve had a great experience with life stance. I got to choose my doctor from a list based on values, education and interests. Dr. Tyler Ruch has been a great doctor. He listens to what I’m experiencing without judgement and gives great insight. He asks your opinion on your medicine and listens to what you say about your experience . He doesn’t force meds on you , gives you the pro and cons of the med. You as the patient have part in the decision on its right for you. I appreciate that.”
