“The providers at this place are excellent but the administration of the actual office is terrible, they tell you to change an appointment it has to be 48 hours in advance or they will charge you $100 and mind you I only got a reminder a day before. On top of this the payment system has been awful. Even though I love my provider I need more flexibility and understanding when needing to rebook or have an easier way to make payments.”
