“Company committing blatant fraud. This organization does not disclose billing up front. This is a requirement under federal mandates. Dr. Roy is an absolutely wonderful and highly recommend her as a provider. For the business itself avoid for UPCODING. Request a detailed itemized bill with CPT codes. You have a right to that information. Highly advise everyone review their bill because rest assured if you are seeing a provider here they are adding additional charges. Unethical business practices. The WeCare Email is a joke. These people will not return calls to anyone. It's been over a month and the manager is too afraid to call me to address concerns. This company will not resumbit corrected claims. Instead, they ignore you. They will lie and tell you they submitted a correct claim but when you call your insurance, the insurance will notify you no claim has been resubmitted. Highly advise you review your EOB and if you see additional codes report to insurance for fraud along with OIG. Rest assured you will also be reported to TDI and VADI.”
