“AWFUL! Before my scheduled video interview, my phone decided to update itself, leaving me without communication. This is outside of my control. I had a 4:00 appointment and I was only able to log on at 4:09. I was told that I would NOT be seen and this is considered a no show and I'll be being BILLED FOR IT for circumstances beyond my control. My old mental health provider unfortunately closed and I guess I have to go without my medication even longer now. Thanks for being so considerate.”

“Called to schedule counseling. Front desk recommended Adriana Konar. Our appt was scheduled for Monday at 4 pm for couples counseling. Therapist called on Thursday asking if we wanted to come in later on Monday. I said we are okay with 4 pm, then she texted on Sunday asking she has 6 pm open if we are interested. I said we were good with 4 pm. Well on Monday she texted at 2-25 pm stating she can’t see us at 4 pm since she had something to take care of. I had my husband leave work earlier that day, and we arranged a babysitter ( including a pay). If she told us ahead of time that she couldn’t see us at 4 pm, I would make all these arrangements. Very unprofessional.”
