How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists West Chester?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Street has shown me that he cares A LOT about his patients. When I almost missed an appointment, he kept calling me on my phone until I answered so I wouldn’t miss that appointment…he has no idea how appreciated that was! He also makes time for me in his busy schedule when I have symptoms in-between scheduled visits. My mental health has improved as a result of having him as my doctor and I am so, so grateful to have found him!”
“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this counseling practice. When I scheduled my appointment online, I confirmed pricing with billing and was clearly told my session would be $30. I even asked the counselor directly during my appointment to confirm this, and she told me something completely different. When I followed up with billing afterward, I was given yet another answer. I understand costs can change, but the lack of consistency and transparency was frustrating and misleading, especially when seeking mental health care that I believed would be affordable. What I’m more upset about, however, is how the actual counseling session went. I disclosed personal trauma related to a local workplace, and the session felt less like therapy and more like a gossip conversation. The counselor asked for specific names and continued to ask questions about other employees because it was a local place she was familiar with. This made me extremely uncomfortable. When I shared other deeply personal information, the counselor came across as judgmental rather than supportive. I left the appointment feeling worse than when I started—confused, upset, and honestly dumbfounded. I contacted the office afterward and requested a call from a manager. I was told someone would reach out the next day, but it has now been two days with no response. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional, invalidating, and poorly handled from both a billing and clinical standpoint. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.”
“Fantastic experience with the therapist and psychiatrist assigned to me. They really listen and have provided me with great care. I have been going to them now for years making the trust solid. My meds have helped me have quality of life while therapy has provided me ways to manage triggers and ways to improve my mental health. A+++++ care!!!”
“Dr street is phenominal. Because he was a surgeon before being a psychiatrist he is able to understand my complex medical history which has helped a great deal. Great sense of humor, concerned and empathetic.”
