“Providers are good, but Lifestance as the company is horrible. If you can’t go anywhere else, be prepared to deal with random fees & 0 communication. Im still waiting on an answer for a patient portal message left 2 months ago, but when I call I’m told to use the patient portal. I can call during their business hours and oftentimes nobody’s there. And don’t schedule appointments in the AM because they don’t have a receptionist & you’ll be left standing outside with the door locked because there’s nobody there to let you in for your appt. For my recent issue, I had an issue with my insurance and Lifestance did not notify me. Instead, they sent a random bill without any information for what/when it was for, and said they were automatically taking it. I called to ask about it, they could not tell me what it was for, just said it was an insurance issue. I asked them if I could cancel the automatic payment to give me time to call my insurance, they said yes, & I got a text stating it was canceled. … They attempted the payment anyway, now my bank is in the negative & I cannot afford to fix my insurance issue anymore. And then they automatically canceled my appointments leaving me stranded without care, when I need a med refill. 0 communication or help from lifestance in this instance. Once I am able to fix my insurance I will be finding a different clinic.”

“I scheduled a new-patient appointment and waited three weeks for it. About an hour before the appointment, the office called to cancel because the doctor was unavailable. I understand that emergencies can happen, but no explanation or apology was provided. I had arranged my day around this appointment and changed my schedule to make time for it. Despite the office canceling with very little notice, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused, no offer of an earlier appointment, no alternative provider suggested, and the only rescheduling option was two weeks later. As a first-time patient, this experience left me concerned about the practice's communication, scheduling, and consideration for patients' time.”
