“This review has nothing to do with the doctor and everything to do with the staff. I want to start off by saying that Victoria was wonderful and extremely helpful. My mother went through neurological testing in late December and had a followup in January. At that appointment, I double checked that the office had everything it needed to send the results to my mother's neurologist and was assured it did. Today, exactly a month later, I got a call from my mother's neurologist that they had not gotten anything from your office. I gave them your number. I then got another call from the neurologist saying that they were stuck in an endless loop of computers and could not get a real person. I was asked if I could call and help. I then sat on hold for 27 minutes before Victoria picked up. She sent me the required form and asked me to call her back when it was done. When I asked her for a better number, I was given the same number I had called. Upon hearing this, Victoria gave me a second number. I filled out the form immediately and then tried to call back. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I got a random woman who kept asking me which office my mom regularly visited. I told her that I didn't remember the address but it's the one right by the Tysons mall. She then put me on hold, only to come back and say that I would have to call back at another time because she doesn't know what office that is and doesn't know how to help me. When I tried to tell her that was unacceptable and that I was doing what YOUR office had asked me to do, she kept trying to talk over me until she hung on me. Read that again. A receptionist at a mental health provider hung up on a caller because they were upset and frustrated. This is the kind of behavior that could kill someone in a fragile emotional state. The doctors at your offices are amazing. The receptionist who hung on me is in the wrong profession.”
