“Intake person (named Sandria?) was bizarre and made me not want to pursue finding a counselor with LifeStance. She was defensive and denied telling me information repeatedly when all I was trying to do was connect with a counselor for my child. I was respectful throughout our call, but she kept saying, "No, I didn't say that," "That's not what I said," and "What are you talking about." They need to have someone with good bedside manner at the frontline of their business. Do not recommend this organization.”

“I see Jessica Meeks for med mgmt and she has been great! Very professional and takes the time to understand all of my issues. She's always prompt to our sessions. I've left medical practices for over booking when they've kept me waiting for hours but Dr Meeks has never been more than 2 minutes behind. She's also very informed on how other problems, like perimenopause, affect my mental health care. I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing med mgmt especially if they have co-ocurring issues and value their time.”
