“They are either the best agency for mental health services or at the very least in my top three. They are organized, have open lines of communication with providers through their portal. So you can message directly to your clinician if needed. They will help you find the proper treatmemt you need and mor e importantly deserve. Therapy, proper medication, they dont seem to have any blanket policy dictating what medications they won't prescribe because they are "bad". If the patient really needs it they will help uhmď. But only if they need it. They will work with you and listen to your needs to come up with a treatment and care plan, and if its not a good match, they will continue to work with you to find you providers that do. I strongly recommend LifeStance and their team of dedicated doctors, nurse practitioners, therapists and all the rest of their Team. “I do like LifeStance and my nurse practitioner, but there are a few things I would like to mention. After my first appointment with my nurse practitioner, I was prescribed a different psychiatric medication, which really helped me feel better. But after a few weeks of taking my new psychiatric medication, I noticed that my body temperature went up. I told her about it the next time we had talked and she didn’t seem concerned about it. I keep on mentioning it to her, but I don’t think she thinks that it’s a big deal. But I feel as if it shouldn’t still be going on. She said to just see if my body temperature goes down and also not to worry about it again. She did end up putting me on a different psychiatric medication, but that didn’t solve my body temperature issue. She also told me that one of the psychiatric medications she had put me on, would not have any side effects, but anyone can have side effects to any type of medicine.”
