“I am extremely disappointed with the way my account and appointments have been handled. I was unable to complete my check-in for my appointment with Dr. Reading today because of a balance that should have already been removed from my account. My concern is that I may once again be charged for a missed appointment due to an issue that is completely outside of my control. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have been unable to reach anyone who can actually assist me. Instead, I am repeatedly transferred from one department to another, resulting in an endless cycle with no resolution. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. As a patient, I expect concerns to be addressed in a timely manner, especially when they directly affect my ability to receive care. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling as though my care and concerns are not a priority to this office. The only reason I continue to even come to this practice is because of Dr. Reading. If he was not here, I would avoid this practice at ALL costs. No one at this office has compassion for any patients and should reevaluate their career choices because they clearly do not care about you. You send a message in the patient portal asking for a call from someone for the office so you can avoid listening to the awful automated prompts to finally get through to someone and you’re on hold for over 10 minutes and no one calls you back. They just leave you on read. Again there is no follow up or communication from anyone in this office and I would avoid this office at all costs if you’re looking for a mental health help because they’ll just give you more of a headache. Everyone I have interacted with says they have reached out to Saba (the supervisor) to remove the balances, but have not heard back from her. I question her competence and ability to be a supervisor and a manager for her sheer lack of follow-through with patients getting direct care. I’ve read past reviews and it seems I am not the only one who has had this issue. *****Edit——-I was billed again for the missed appointment. Both providers have put in requests for both of those charges and balances on my account to be removed but nothing can be done until Sabah, the supervisor, approves it. It seems she does not reply to the providers at the practice for whatever reason.”

“I came in with high hopes to receive the help I need. Only to be completely disappointed and discouraged to proceed with this place. The lack of communication you receive here it’s unbearable. I know what my insurance covers, and they added another co-pay on top of a supposedly diagnostic charge. I was not diagnosed with anything by my psychiatrist only an evaluation. I spoke with the billing department and I was just brushed off. This seems like insurance fraud. these charges do not align with my insurance. It has been a month since I spoke with the billing department and how they were gonna get back with me, but I have heard nothing. All I got was a notification that they were gonna charge my Account. Who can I talk to on getting these charges waived because my psychiatrist should’ve been upfront because I paid the co-pay to have a one on one WebCam with her. An evaluation and a diagnosis are two different things and there shouldn’t be a reason why you charge me an extra co-pay. Update 5/1 It has been another month since I spoke with the billing department and I have no update from their end. If you’re seeking for help and would like to actually be helped without being seen as just money grab and without being a victim of insurance fraud. Try “grow therapy” they are seriously upfront and I’ve had a better experience. I wasn’t charged for ridiculous hidden talk sessions like Dr. Meng gave me here at life stance.”
