“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LifeStance and would strongly caution others before seeking services here. My follow-up appointment took place on January 28th, 2026, and despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive my report until March 28 - a full two months later. During that time, communication was inconsistent, unclear, and at times completely unresponsive. At one point, I was told they were unable to reach the psychologist responsible for completing my report. I asked if another provider could step in to complete it so that there would not be further delays, and I was told by customer representative Celease that I was at the doctor's mercy and nothing else could be done. That response was incredibly concerning and reflects a lack of contingency planning and accountability within this organization. This level of delay is not just inconvenient, but it is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Timely documentation is critical, especially when it may directly impact a patient's ability to secure necessary accommodations. The lack of urgency and ownership in handling something so important felt careless, and frankly, reckless. I made numerous attempts to obtain updates and clarity, yet I was left without answers for weeks. It ultimately reached a point where I had to seek legal assistance just to receive documentation that should have been provided in a reasonable timeframe. To date, no one has reached out to me with a formal apology or acknowledgement of the situation. No patient should have to go through this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these services.”
