“Since I was in my early twenties, I have been in and out of therapy. I didn't go to therapy for a while, because I felt like I could not trust my therapist that I had for a while. I think I have been in therapy for over six years with Angela Wooten in the Statesville, NC office. I have NEVER had a better therapist. She truly listens to me, and she offers suggestions to better help me care for myself.”
“Poor communication with management. After multiple failed attempts with the website, I manually spoke to somebody to do the intake process online rather than their portal. After completing all forms and confirming the appointment the office canceled her appointment because she needed a parent present. This was never made aware to us and then they turned around and tried to bill us for the appointment as a no show while she was present for the appointment but the provider chose to not see the patient. I tried to do a telehealth with me and they refuse to do it though have the capability. Poor communication and poor customer service.”
“I have a no problem with my therapist. I didn’t even know her fully, bc I canceled my 4- appointment. Billing department is so bad, my sessions should be free, I have a EAP program but they keep charging me a lot of fees. I called them 4 times they didn’t fixed yet. So I cancelled my appointment. This company makes my depression more severe instead of helping me. I’m so frustrated, so don’t go near of LifeStance and some receptionist are so rude. 😔”
