“I paid for the services and completed everything that was required of me, including my required sessions. After I completed the process and made my payments, communication became very difficult. I have reached out multiple times but have not received a response. This situation is very frustrating because this process is important for my CDL and Clearinghouse status. I expected professional communication and assistance, especially after paying for the service and completing all the requirements. I would appreciate a response and clarification about the status of my case.”

“My therapist was great however the scheduling with this office is horrendous. I had an online appointment and I tried to cancel but because I canceled 40 hours before my appointment I was charged $100. Then the online appointments can be janky and I wasn’t able to join the call so I then got charged another $100. Now I paid that $200 fee and I get another emailed statement with no receipt or anything saying I owe $390. I haven’t even booked another appointment in weeks since I paid off that last one. This office also never is available to answer the phone. Shocker.”

“They do not care about you as a person here. You are a dollar sign. I tried calling the office for 2 days to change an appointment after I lost my insurance. On Monday, I waited for over 30 minutes and was not able to reach anyone to reschedule. Tried again on Tuesday, waited again over 30 minutes to speak to someone regarding changing my appointment and no one ever answered the call, just sat on hold. Wednesday after 27 minutes I was finally able to speak to someone and then was told I was being charged $100 because I needed to cancel my appointment before 8AM to be exactly 48 hours to the second to my apt time. I called multiple times to change my appointment with no answer. Any manager or supervisor will refuse to speak with you. When you struggle day to day to make bills $100 is not easy to come up with on the spot. And now I cant make another appointment until I pay them $100 which I do not have. My advice, go somewhere where the company treats you like a human who has a struggle, not a human with an insurance or credit card and unless you give them the cash, they dont care about you. These people will try to exploit you for any extra money they can get.”

“I liked my provider, Karla Jordan, but I feel their cancellation/missed appt policies are very unfair. Zero empathy. I won’t be back.”
