“Well, I started going to this facility. Due to a nurse that I talked to on the phone for several months. One day this nurse calls me and it tells me that she’s leaving the hospital. I asked her where she’s going and she reply. I’m going to into mental health. Granite I had never met her in person only spoke to your phone. This nurse helped me through some difficult times. So I sent her a message asked her where will she be starting her practice. She said reply. So I signed up to be a patient with her. It was really nice to meet her in person. She was passionate about the job. She was easy to talk to you on the phone. So I was very comfortable with his settings around her. The facility is in Roundrock. Their office is upstairs inside of a bank. The restrooms in the building are clean. The office is nice. The staff that works there they’re nice. But, I wasn’t going there for the staff. I was going there to see the nurse. In my journey. She has helped me overcome certain things. This nurse is very passion and caring. She enjoys, helping others. I would hate to lose her. It is hard to find a good nurse practitioner in mental health that cares about her patience. Granted they’re out there. But it’s hard to find them.”

“Set up for the Web patient portal was easy. Easy to schedule appt by phone. The Dr. had read my history and was totally prepared for our first meeting. I am very pleased with LifeStance and my Doctor.”
