“I cannot recommend Brittany Flora at LifeStance Health in Rock Hill for couples or marriage therapy based on my experience. While I found her to be knowledgeable and experienced, I did not feel that our sessions provided a therapeutic environment that was conducive to rebuilding trust and working through marital issues. She was consistently 15–20 minutes late to our sessions, and I found her approach during our sessions to be confrontational and, at times, lacking the objectivity I would expect from a marriage therapist. I also felt that our sessions were not productive and that very little was actually accomplished. Given the amount of money being spent on marriage counseling, I expected our time to have a clear therapeutic purpose and to leave us with a greater sense of progress. Instead, I often left feeling that we had spent a significant amount of money without making meaningful progress toward addressing the underlying issues in our marriage. I was also disappointed by a billing issue. We received an unexpected $100 charge related to a roughly one-hour phone conversation she had with my wife. We were not informed beforehand that this conversation would result in an additional charge, which I believe should have been communicated in advance. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable with or trust her approach, and that is particularly important when choosing a therapist to help navigate something as difficult as repairing a marriage.”

“Place is just a money grab. Pyschs dont seem to listen or even read up on previous visit notes before followup. Thanks for the auto reply, but my name is right there for you to look into. Location was rock hill. Just review the last 3 weeks messages and you'll get a feel, though thats not even representative of my visits. I will not be returning and would never reccommend this place to others.”
