“Found a therapist for adhd, I called and someone had me on speaker and could barely hear them after waiti g 20 minutes. The person I wanted to see was available first time, but not the next time I called hours later? In realty went to their web page and found they had only three therapists for the state of nc. On the webpage the person showed open to new clients? Most listed not accepting new clients. Please update the web page.”

“My first visit. My first Zoom. It was as well as any first on person visit I've had. And since it is an hour away, I feel like this could work very well for me. Also knowing that , if needed , in person can be arranged is reassuring. Thank you”

“Firstly, I loved Dr. Magda while we worked together. She listened well and was open to trying new things for ADHD and other issues. I felt heard. However, Dr. Magda went on maternity leave. I was given multiple refills of meds to make sure I made it through the 5 months she was gone. When she returned, my October appointment was cancelled. I was told they couldn't get me in until February. At this point, I haven't seen my psychiatrist since May 2025. I have one appointment with her in February 2026, and then my next appointment is cancelled because she's on a sudden leave of absence. When I started therapy last February 2025, I had one appointment with Mocha Mims. The second appointment, she cancelled 15 after we were supposed to meet, while I was in the virtual waiting room. I never heard back from her or anyone in admin. Fast forward to October 2025, I wind up with Patricia Lytwyn. We do okay together. We have 5 appointments, and suddenly, she doesn't work at Lifestance anymore, either. I've been hounded to get a new therapist through Lifestance via text, email, and voicemail like I owe them money. When I asked via email, after Dr. Magda left, why they have such high provider turnover, they wouldn't answer me and told me to call to schedule an appointment. Absolutely not. I told them to send me my records. I'm going elsewhere. Just a heads up, if you, like most people who need mental health care, need stability in your providers, you won't find it here and they won't tell you why.”
