“I really liked my psychiatrist - however the customer service/billing line is horrible. I called and updated my insurance. I was told I was all set for my appointment the following week and that my insurance will be applied, then I find out  my insurance is no longer accepted AFTER the appointment when I get a call that my follow up was canceled due to my insurance not being accepted! I contact support again and I get a bad attitude from a woman who answered. I explained what happened and she confirmed that what I was told on that call was wrong about my insurance - now I will be responsible for a $300+ bill with NO income to pay it and no notice to find a new provider in the midst of medication changes. This kind of practice is criminal do to anyone, not to mention someone at the lowest point of their lives that is struggling to get through every day. I feel like I have no help with this because I can't get ahold of anyone that can help. Be very careful with this company 💔”
