“The first few sessions my husband had here were great. Then, last week, I tried registering my husband online for his visit, as he does not type, fill out forms, etc. I couldn't get thru the whole questionaire, although I tried. I logged on to his appt but never could get thru. I called their office many times & ended up on hold for 30 min. when I finally hung up. The next day, I left a message to have someone call me & no one did. I asked to speak to someone in Christine Brown's office & could not get thru. Tried again to have her call us. Still NOTHING!!!! Is this anyway to do business????”
