“Julie Palmer is the only compassionate person there. Unfortunately I can not give the 0 stars or I would based on the office staff. They are worst of any medical office anywhere. The pittsburgh office manager who I will not name because the staff won't give me her name was looking up federal law on GOOGLE rather than a US government site or their own compliance manual. CAN YOU REALLY TRUST A MEDICAL OFFICE THAT RELIES ON GOOGLE RATHER THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GOOGLE YOUR PROBLEM YOURSELF. IT VERY SAD THAT JULIE IS A VERY COMPASSIONATE PROVIDER but has such a horrible office staff. It you can put up the bad staff or not have to deal with the I would recommend Julie but not her staff!”

“If I could give zero stars I would. The billing department is an actual joke. They have not been billing my insurance and then send me a bill for $600. They had my name wrong the whole time. They send so many reminder texts about an outstanding balance but I told them I’m not paying until you bill my insurance correctly! I keep checking my claims on my insurance and they still have yet to process any previous claims like I had asked. It’s getting to the point I’m going to leave lifestance all together because it’s such a headache and causes you more stress!”

“I love my therapist! I feel so comfortable with her and she has been very supportive and helpful throughout my journey with my therapy!”

“I’ve had a really good experience with LifeStance since my original office was combined into their network. I have a great therapist and psychiatrist who are very collaborative in working with me. They both also communicate with each other so updates on my progress for both sides are known and I don’t have to rehash the same info twice. The website and patient portal were initially not intuitive but after going on a few times, it has become very easy to navigate and find the info and links I need. As for any doctor, make sure you check reviews and specialties so you choose the right doctor/therapist for yourself. Mine are wonderful and are true assets to my health journey.”
