“THEIR BILLING SYSTEM SUCKS. However, the therapists and psychs here are much nicer than OSF. However, there are NO SUPPORTING STAFF ON SITE. If you have a billing question GOOD LUCK trying to get through to them. And cancelling appointments are a nightmare if you work a 9-5 as there portal easily allows you to schedule appts but there is NO WAY to cancel them online. I messaged my provider asking to cancel my appt A MONTH AHEAD OF TIME, as I cannot wait 30 mins on the contact center to do so during their 9-5 window because I WORK A 9-5. I got reminder of my appt text so I LEFT MY JOB to do this AWFUL WAIT and canceled my appointment ONLY TO GET A $100 NO SHOW FEE. So no hate to my providers, they are lovely. However their billing system SUCKS. I messaged them asking questions and was told “I have sent this to someone who will reach back out”. No one ever reached out. Then I took PTO to call the contact center again to ask for clarification. 10 minute wait to get a hold of them, when I got ahold of them they cut out every other word. The contact center hung up the phone and NEVER ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BACK. THEIR BILLING SYSTEM IS AWFUL.”

“I've been seeing Dr. Tara Livingston for a few years now and she's genuinely the best psychiatrist I've ever had. I had a really bad experience with my last psychiatrist so I was really reluctant to see a new one, but Dr. Livingston has renewed my trust in psychiatrists. I usually do online appointments through video call which is extremely convenient but it is required you see them in person at least once a year. The times I've been in the office were lovely as well. They have pride flags around the waiting room and the receptionists were extremely sweet. I felt so safe the moment I stepped in, which is huge for me as I have agoraphobia and have a massive fear of strangers. Highly, highly recommend this place, and especially Dr. Livingston!”

“The counselor I had was very "woke minded" added no value or real advise pertinent to the situation. Parenting is hard enough. I choose to be direct and have consequences for poor behavior. They said I shouldn't yell. Let them go into a "safe space" is the culture being counseled here. I've never been exposed to such hostility in a counselor like this before. If you have conservative values and morals. This place is not for you.”
