“Drove 4 hours for a spravato treatment. Wasted an hour talking about my deep personal mental health struggles just to be told I can’t be approved due to the fact that this doctor believed a OLD PRIOR DIAGNOSIS FROM OVER 10 years ago. Ended up triggering me to self harm because I thought that I had finally gotten help and was going to feel better. Instead they created less hope for me making me feel worse than I ever have before. They will give you hope and act like they care about your genuine struggle when in reality it’s all bullshit. DO NOT GO HERE.”
“Booking online was easy, service was great. Only downside was the parking as the offices are located right on the corner of Lake Eola. Didn't know they validated parking so ended up paying for a nearby garage.”
